• Customers from other states can also avail COD by paying the ₹80 charge in advance-just message us on Instagram to arrange it.

We only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

An unboxing video is required to process any return. Please record while opening the package to help us resolve any issues quickly.

• A small ₹50 exchange fee applies to all exchange requests (This is applied for exchanged products delivery charge).
• Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you'd like to exchange an item.
• The product must be unused and in original condition — used items won’t be eligible.
• Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement.
