Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return is only allowed if the received product has any damages or received a wrong product. Customers can opt to get a refund or exchange for another product.
To be eligible for a return, An opening video of the package is a must and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange process.
How It Works:
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Exchanges will be rejected if the product is used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Courier Fee: A ₹50 courier fee is required to process your exchange. This fee must be paid at the time of registering your exchange request. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship the exchanged product to you promptly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale coupon items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
